Excursions and Incursions
During the school year your child will have the opportunity to participate in school excursions, where students travel to a program or activity outside the school environment or school incursions where a program or performance will visit the school. All excursions and incursions complement our curriculum and student learning programs. We try to give parents as much notice as possible about upcoming activities through the school newsletter, and ClassDojo and are mindful of the costs to families.
A yellow excursion note will be sent home to all students involved in the excursion in paper form. This note details all the information parents need to be able to consent to the excursion. We ask that you read the note carefully, sign the consent form and return the consent section and payment to the school office by the due date in a clearly named envelope. Parents should keep the top section of the note with the details for their records and to ensure the student has what they need for the excursion.
Please be aware that if you do not provide consent and payment by the due date for the excursion, your child may miss out on participating. Families unable to make payment in full should contact the school to request an alternative payment arrangement.
